We headed off down the road on vacation to an unannounced   location  with two excited boys;   they were thrilled to be going on a  trip.   There was only two more weeks before they were to be back in the classroom, so they were glad to be going on an excursion  one  last  time.     There were at least two questions we were asked time after time... 1.  Where are we going?  2.  When are we going to get there? Today I got to thinking about how we have all had different stories in our lives, and how now we all have new adventures in our lives.     WITH GOD..WE OVERCOME …    We just recently finished half of the year.  JUNE has come and gone.   Many of us have come through some painful memories and deep emotions and held onto the LIGHT OF GOD as he led us through to the other side in our lives.    We are TRULY BLESSED .   It was all wrapped in chosen forgiveness and LEANING ON GOD. I began to see that had I never been wounded so badly, I would never have been able to FORGIVE so freely.     Today, I can honestly thank God for ALL He has accomplished in me.    There are no accidents with God, nor is He surprised by anything or anyone in the life of His child.   He knows every circumstance and they all come to us for a purpose.  They are all bound by his  love and his plan, and a...

The holiday known as Thanksgiving is just a few months away... WOW, can you believe it.. OUR KNEES My mind has been on " KNEES" the last few days… Did you know that the word kneel is in the Bible 22 times?   There is just something about getting on our knees to pray… No, I am not saying that you have to only pray on your knees because Lord knows I have trouble getting up and down at times, but there is a special reverence there.      Psalm 95:6 6 O come, let us worship and bow down: let us kneel before the LORD our maker.
